Your rental listings will no longer show on Zillow automatically.

In 2021 Zillow (and Trulia) made big changes to their rental market and they no longer accept feeds from agents or brokers for rentals – this applies to all brokers across the US and is not Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty specific.

Zillow only allows rentals from agents if the agent pays $9.99 per week, per listing. Payments are made directly to Zillow in your Zillow rental manager account.
