Why aren’t all of my land listing’s photos showing?

Please ensure the first image is the most aesthetically pleasing. Additionally, photo #1 should not show any garbage cans, construction debris, architectural plans, a map/grid, highlights or outlines to show the property line, watermarks, out dated brand logos, non-branded signage, community signs, development signs, chain-link fences, basketball hoops, community signs (unless the listing is for vacant land), people, pets, animals or vehicles.

Photos with copy on them, including images with date stamps, MLS marks, outdated SIR brand logos, non-brand signage, satellite/mapping images, architectural drawings, improperly formatted property lines, arrows and artist credits or trademarks may not appear on sothebysrealty.com. Please review and update accordingly.

If photos appear blurred, overexposed or stretched out disproportionately it will prevent the listing from showing on sothebysrealty.com. Please ensure each photograph is sized properly and is entered into your listing editor at either 1800×1200 pixels or 3:2 ratio in  Landscape orientation. Correct sizing will prevent the distortion of a high resolution photograph.

Sothebysrealty.com strongly encourages 6-10 photos with exceptions to:

  • New Home Developments will remain a two photo minimum
  • Vacant Land / Lots will remain a one photo minimum
  • Investment/Commercial Properties will remain a one photo minimum
