Requirements for consideration to be included in the Top Tier properties that receive exposure through the Auction House
and all participating Sotheby’s International Realty offices include:
- Consumer Targeting – Over 1.5M impressions.
- GPS Ad Unit – Over 20M impressions. Runs across over a dozen media partner websites.
- Luxury Real Estate and Homes for Sale – Sotheby’s International Realty homepage – Properties will be displayed on the Luxury Real Estate and Homes for Sale – Sotheby’s International Realty home page when the property is within the website visitors search area.
- Top Tier eGallery – This opportunity provides unrivaled exposure to highlight extraordinary properties in the rotating carousel on Apple TV.
